What is PaparArtzy and how do I use it?

PaparArtzy is a free online e-Gallery site that allows anyone who loves to create art to post and showcase their artwork for others to view it, and possibly buy it, if the ‘artist’ chooses to sell the artwork.

How much does it cost to register?

Browsing or registering to post your artwork is absolutely free. Anyone can browse or post their artwork.

Can I sell my artwork on PaparArtzy?

Yes. Anyone who is at least 18 years or older can sell their artwork on PaparArtzy. You will have to register as an artist. When you register, you will be prompted to read the Fee and Purchase policy. You must read the policy and make sure you understand it. There is a small fee that PaparArtzy charges only when Sellers sell their artwork.

How can I get noticed on this site?

PaparArtzy operates using a community/social networking model. To get noticed, invite your friends onto the site to vote for your artwork. This could make your artwork very popular and it would be showcased on the front page.

How do I register and create a profile?

Registering to post your artwork is very simple. Anyone can register. You simply click the register button, and complete your information. Your password has to be at least seven (7) letters/numbers/ non-alpha numeric and/or a combination of all 3. You will be prompted to confirm your registration. An emailed confirmation link will be sent to your existing email address you provided.

After you confirm your registration and become registered, you will be directed to “My Account” page. Click on Add Artwork and begin uploading your Artwork. We encourage you to describe yourself and your artwork – including specific details about the artwork i.e. size, framed or unframed, date painted, history of the painting etc. Do not include any contact information as that would be in violation of our privacy policies.

I forgot my password and what do I do?

When you register, PaparArtzy will send you a confirmation email link. This email will contain you user ID and your password. You must save this email as a reference in case you forget your password or user ID.

If you lose the email or delete it, you can contact support@paparArtzy.com to reset your account or click on the 'Forgot your password?' link on the login page.

Getting Started

How do I sign into my account?

Once you register as a User of the site, you simply go to the login button, click the button and enter your user ID and your password. Remember to log out of your account when you are done browsing or using the site. Only your User ID will show up on your profile.

How do I start uploading my Artwork?

When you log in, you will be directed to the “My Account” page. Click on “Add Artwork” in the Artist user menu and start uploading your Artwork. We encourage you to describe your artwork in detail i.e the history, the size, how the art was created, who it was created by, etc.

How many artworks can I post?

You can upload and post as many artworks as you would like. However, to post an artwork on PaparArtzy, it must be your original created artwork. You cannot post someone else’s work or art. You also cannot post a copyrighted artwork. Read PaparArtzy’s Term of Service policy for additional information.

Can I create more than one account with Paparartzy?

For security reasons, usernames and emails can only be associated with one account in our system. You will not be able to create more than one account with the same email address. We discourage having more than one account. However, you may change your account. To change your account, you can email support@Paparartzy.com to have your old account deleted. Once your account is deleted, you may register your new account.

If you have unsolved business on your account, such as unpaid invoice or undelivered product, your account will not be closed until you have settled or resolved the issue with your account.

How do I delete my account?

You can close your account by emailing support@Paparartzy.com to have your old account deleted.

How do I delete or edit my gallery?

To update your gallery or delete an artwork, simply log into your account. Go to “View Your Art”, click on the artwork you want to edit or delete and then delete or edit the gallery.

Sell My Art

How do I list my artwork for sale?

To be able to list your artwork for sale, you have to create an account. It's free and easy to register. Once you have an account, you can list or purchase artwork. Before you can list your artwork, you have to read the Fee and Purchase Policy and confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. You also must provide your full and correct contact. You may also be required to provide some financial information, particularly your PayPal account information for the transaction.

Listing my artwork for sale

To list your artwork for sale, you must login into your account, go to “View Your Art”, and click on the sell my artwork button. You will be directed to the “Store” page. You will be prompted to provide the Price for Artwork, the quantity available for sale, the shipping price, shipping method, and a complete description of your artwork. You must include a thorough description of the artwork including the accurate size and weight of the artwork, when it was created, a history of the artwork, and any other relevant information that would assist a buyer envision the artwork.

You must also register a PayPal account with Paparartzy in order for you to be able to list your artwork for sale. Once you decide to sell your artwork, you will be prompted to provide your existing PayPal account or to create one.

How much does it cost to list my artwork for sale?

PaparArtzy is unique in that it does not charge Sellers to list an artwork for sale. Listing an artwork for sale is free regardless of how many you list for sale.

Also for a limited time, you can sell your artwork for free. You only pay a small transactional fees relating to credit card and PayPal charges. A total of 15% will be deducted from your total sale price before being deposited into your account.

All fees are applied to a Seller's account after the completion of a sale.

What can I list for sale on Paparartzy?

At Paparartzy, we require Sellers to only list their own original created artwork(s) that they have already posted in their Paparartzy gallery. Read Paparartzy’s Terms of Service policy for more information.

Make a Purchase

How do I buy an artwork?

To be able to buy an artwork listed for sale, you have to create an account. It's free and easy to register. Once you have an account, you can purchase artwork. Before you can become a Buyer, you have to read the Fee and Purchase Policy and confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. You also must provide your full and correct contact information. You must also provide some financial information, particularly your PayPal account information for the transaction.

Buying artwork(s)

You must first log into your account, click the “Store” button, and select the item(s) you would like to buy. You can add as many items to your shopping cart. Once you are ready to complete your purchase, you must click on the “Cart” button. This will direct you to your shopping cart. At your shopping cart, you click on the “Proceed to Checkout” button, and you will be directed to the “Receiver Information” page.

You must provide a complete, correct, and accurate contact and financial information. You must also provide your existing PayPal account or sign up for PayPal by clicking on the “Checkout with PayPal” button.

Can I pay for my purchase with a credit card?

Yes. If you don't have a PayPal account, you may still be able to buy the artwork(s) with a credit card using PayPal's guest checkout service. There are some limitations to this option. Contact PayPal to learn more.

What do I do when I buy artwork(s)?

When you buy artwork(s) on Paparartzy, you will receive a notification of your purchase. The Seller will also receive notification that you have purchased the artwork(s) and that the Seller is required to ship/deliver the artwork(s) to you within two (2) days of the purchase date.

You must log onto your account once you receive the purchase item(s), click on the “Transaction” page, and click on the “Received” button to confirm receipt of the item(s).
